The average length of support is between 18 and 24 months, but at 2 Degrés we offer you personalized, specialized support, so there's no minimum or maximum duration.
All you have to do is fill in the short form on our website under the heading "Become an incubatee". We'll take a look at your project and arrange a meeting to define your needs and expectations. We welcome new projects to the incubator twice a year.
We offer you individual advice, connections to our community of entrepreneurs and investors-in-residence, ambassadors and partners, access to specialized infrastructures tailored to your needs, workshops and training courses open to all, activities promoting innovation and collaboration, networking and co-development activities, events and workspace in our offices at Cégep Limoilou in Quebec City.
The role of the ambassadors (inspiring, up-and-coming entrepreneurs) is to support incubatees in the development of their startup, and to advise them throughout their incubation period, in one-to-one meetings and according to their needs.
We usually organize two integrations a year (spring and autumn), but you can submit your project all year round on our website in the "Become an incubatee" section.
You must be an entrepreneur with an innovative project with high growth potential in Quebec in the clean technology sector (water, energy, waste).
1. be at least at the pre-startup stage (TRL-NMT 2-3) of their project; 2. have developed an innovative project (involving research) with a high environmental impact; 3. devote at least 3 days a week to the project.
No, we accompany entrepreneurs from all over Quebec, but at least 4 face-to-face activities are organized each year in Quebec City.

We work with players from the entire cleantech ecosystem in Quebec and across Canada. After a period of incubation, and once you've reached the commercialization stage, we generally advise you to seek the support of a gas pedal.
Although our aim is to take you all the way to market, you are under no obligation to do so. Our support is personalized and tailored to each company's reality and objectives. What's more, we work with our contractors under contract. We can terminate the contract at any time if the project comes to a halt.
No. 2 Degrés is financed by its network of corporate, academic and institutional partners, and therefore does not operate on an equity model. This allows us to remain neutral towards your project to ensure that we offer you the best support aligned with your vision.
