Degr\u00e9s was born out of a clear ambition: to make a real impact through entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration. The idea was to create a space dedicated to innovations with an environmental impact\u2014a place to experiment, collaborate, and turn ideas into concrete projects.<p>In 2020, we moved from idea to action by having cleantech recognized as Quebec City's fifth priority sector, providing the impetus needed to structure a new ecosystem. At the time, no incubator dedicated to cleantech existed in Quebec. We quickly went beyond supporting startups. We linked the needs of industries with emerging solutions, and developed programs with major players such as the Port of Qu\u00e9bec and RECYC-QU\u00c9BEC.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this collaborative approach, we are also leading key initiatives: the Clean Technology Consortium and the Water Hub\u2014the only one of its kind in the world\u2014which brings together seven partners to accelerate
