Il vit à Québec, c’est le sportif de l’équipe. Si vous le cherchez, vous pouvez toujours essayer de le croiser à vélo ou au pas de course sur les routes du Québec, sinon essayez le YMCA !

As Project Manager at the Cleantech Consortium, Amira plays a key role in coordinating innovative and collaborative projects at 2 Degrés. On a day-to-day basis, she implements and monitors the Lab-à-la-startup initiative, working closely with partner universities, research teams and entrepreneurs-in-residence. Her role involves selecting promising technologies, organizing strategic meetings and overseeing the progress of projects, while ensuring their legal and financial framework.

Amira joins the organization with the aim of contributing to the promotion of innovations from Quebec universities and meeting today's environmental challenges. A great opportunity to put her entrepreneurial skills to work for a cause close to her heart!

Outside of work, Amira lives for her world travels. She loves trying out new restaurants with friends and family, and practices crossfit and martial arts!

Passionate about the environment, entrepreneurship and business, André holds a master's degree in sustainable development from HEC Montréal. Curious at heart, he enjoys discovering new practices in the field and challenging preconceived ideas.

Originally from Trois-Rivières, André is based in Montreal.
A nature adventurer and winter sports enthusiast, he is passionate about running in the forest. With a marathon under his belt, he is preparing to run his first ultra-trail this summer!

Andrew joins our team with a rich and unique background, combining program management, coaching, leadership education and entrepreneurship.

It's his human side and his passion for impact projects and the world of startups that brought him to us. With his desire to propel people and projects to success, he is perfectly equipped to guide our entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys creating music, exploring new instruments and getting out into nature. An avid traveler, he spent a year exploring Vancouver and Denmark.

Audrey-Ann brings a rich background, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Project Management from Université Laval. Passionate about events, she brings all her energy to creating memorable moments.

Outside of work, Audrey-Ann is always looking for new challenges: in fact, she's training for a triathlon! You might spot her in Quebec City, accompanied by her faithful four-legged companion, exploring the city's best thrift stores. Fun fact? You'll have to ask her in person - but we can already tell you she can't blow out her candles!

Bubbly and passionate, Audrey-Ann is a real ray of sunshine for our team. And even if she doesn't drink coffee, she's still fuelled by chai lattes, ready to live every adventure to the full!

Committed since the beginning of the 2 Degrés adventure, Elizabeth has spent more than 2 years on the Board and is now Director - Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Thanks to her entrepreneurial background, Elizabeth will be able to guide, inspire and understand the needs of our supported entrepreneurs better than anyone else.

Elizabeth is originally from Quebec City. An avid sportswoman, it's not uncommon to come across her running along the Saint-Charles River or cycling along the roads of our beautiful province. What she loves most of all is adventure, taking on challenges and getting out of her comfort zone!

François is responsible for our energy incubation program. He plays a key role in the deployment and execution of the program. He coordinates the stakeholders, manages the experts and trainers, and monitors the incubated entrepreneurs.

François lives between Montreal, Shawinigan and Quebec City. He's passionate about adventure and the outdoors. He's always working on a project and loves to talk about everything!

He is currently working on an entrepreneurial project to recycle spent grains from microbreweries.

Frédérique a un profil polyvalent, ayant navigué entre l’immobilier et l’événementiel. Après des études en administration des affaires avec le profil en développement durable, elle a acquis une expérience comme comptable de propriétés chez Trudel avant de bifurquer vers la coordination marketing pour l’édition 2025 du Festival le Festif! de Baie-St-Paul!

La raison pour laquelle elle s’est jointe à 2 Degrés ? En quête de nouveaux défis, Frédérique est animée par la mission de notre organisation et partage nos valeurs. C’est l’occasion de mettre son sens de l’organisation et son expertise au service d’une cause qui lui tient à cœur.

En dehors du travail, Frédérique est une mélomane dans l’âme, adorant les concerts et festivals. Ayant plus d’une vingtaine de pays à son actif, elle est une grande voyageuse en plus d’être une passionnée plein air. Mais par-dessus tout, elle adore les chats!

Josyane ensures the coherence, efficiency and continuous improvement of our incubation programs. She ensures the harmonization of processes, the quality of tools and the smooth running of activities, while maintaining strategic relationships with the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Josyane lives in Quebec City. She loves snowboarding, talking about TV series and karaoke.

Double diplômée en Management et Stratégie d’Innovation, Margaux a accompagné entreprises et organismes publics dans leurs projets d’innovation. Elle a choisi 2 Degrés pour sa mission environnementale, l’excellence de l’accompagnement proposé et la qualité de l’équipe.

Marie-Noëlle is Alexandre's right-hand woman. She is in charge of the team's operations and administration. In particular, she ensures that 2 Degrés develops its activities and achieves its strategic objectives. She supports the team in its search for solutions, and is often the one who brings us back to reality when our ideas are sometimes too ambitious.

She lives in Quebec City, joined Alexandre at the start of the 2 Degrés adventure and will be taking time off in the coming months to welcome a third little blonde head to her family!

Morgane s’occupe désormais d’assoir le positionnement de l’organisation et d’assurer une cohérence au travers de nos messages, projets et initiatives déployés. 

Morgane vit à Québec, elle boit des ristretto, et voue une passion au voyage !

Sophie has a very rich profile: she has developed a human and collaborative approach through a variety of roles in project management, sales and team leadership, in industries ranging from technology to culture.

She chose to join 2 Degrés to work in an organization that aligns perfectly with her values.

Outside work, Sophie is passionate about nature. She loves to get moving: running, hiking, skiing or yoga, preferably in the heart of the forest.

Ancien paramédic et philanthrope, Tomy a accompagné des entreprises techs durant les 3 dernières années en product-market-fit et Go-to-Market. Il rejoint 2 Degrés pour mettre son expérience au service de l’écosystème startups et des enjeux environnementaux.
