Each program is built to address the specific challenges of a key sector - energy transition, water and waste - and maximize the impact of solutions. We work with recognized strategic partners from industry and academia, who actively contribute to our programs, whether through expertise, access to their infrastructures or concrete collaboration opportunities.

Program structure
Our incubation programs respond to the realities, challenges and needs of young companies in the pre-start-up phase of the cleantech sector. Through these programs, we offer specialized, personalized support, tailored to each entrepreneur, and structured around four progressive phases: Foundation, Exploration, Validation and Consolidation.
Each phase is designed to strengthen entrepreneurs' capabilities, refine their projects and maximize their chances of success. These phases are common to all our incubation programs (water, energy transition and residual materials), while being customized to the specificities of each niche.
What does it involve?
Our 12-month incubation programs are supported by a vast network of partners and a community of committed experts, enabling us to offer all the resources essential to the successful development of cleantech start-ups.
Joining one of our incubation programs gives you access to :
- Niche-specific activities (coaching, workshops, training and visits) to respond to the realities of the field and create synergies between peers;
- A bank of hours with our network of experts, accessible according to the real needs of each startup;
- A bank of hours of personalized advice with our support advisors to structure your project and take it forward in concrete terms;
- Face-to-face activities, including co-development and exchange sessions with our experts;
- Collaborative spaces and environments at Walter Québec and Walter Montréal;
- A wide range of events dedicated to entrepreneurs in the cleantech ecosystem.

Program costs
The support offered by our incubation programs represents a major value of $60,000. Thanks to the support of our organization and financial partners, a large part of the costs are covered. Participating companies contribute 350 per month (plus taxes) to join our incubation program and benefit from all the resources and services we offer.
