Axelys and the Cleantech Consortium join forces to accelerate sustainable innovation in Quebec

Axelys and the Cleantech Consortium (2 Degrés, Cycle Momentum and IVÉO) announce a strategic partnership aimed at stimulating sustainable innovation and technological entrepreneurship in Quebec. This collaboration is part of a shared commitment to harnessing the collective intellectual potential of the industry, promoting promising public research projects and generating positive environmental and economic spin-offs in all regions of Quebec.

By pooling their respective expertise, the two organizations are committed to sharing their resources, networks and initiatives in order to..:

• Increase the pool and stimulate the creation of research-based technology companies;
• Accelerate the transfer and marketing of clean technology innovations;

More concretely, Axelys will refer projects and companies that can benefit from its support, infrastructure and financing services to the Cleantech Consortium. 2 Degrés, Cycle Momentum and IVÉO, for their part, will integrate Axelys into their strategic activities and refer companies in the technology transfer phase to Axelys as part of the Lab-à-Startup program. The partners will join forces and launch joint initiatives to boost the growth of the pool of cleantech companies emerging from Quebec research: workshops, calls for projects, competitions and networking between scientific and entrepreneurial communities.
